Shipping policy

SM1 is shipped by S3LF M4D3 US LLC from our facility in the United States.

How quickly we ship

Orders placed on a business day are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

How long delivery takes

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, its progress is out of our hands. Weather, carrier backlogs, customs, and incorrect or incomplete addresses can all add time.

Tracking

The moment your parcel leaves us we send you an email with a tracking link in it. That link is the fastest way to see where your order is — it goes straight to the carrier.

If that email has not arrived yet, your order is most likely still being packed. You can also look your order up at any time from the Track Order page.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Some bundles include free shipping; where they do, it is stated on the product.

Where we ship

We ship to the destinations shown at checkout. If your address is not accepted at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

If your order ships to a destination outside the country it is sent from, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are not included in the price and are not refundable by us.

Getting the address right

Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. We cannot redirect a parcel after dispatch, and a parcel returned to us because of a wrong or incomplete address may be re-shipped at your cost.

Lost or missing parcels

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you gave us. If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, or tracking has not moved for several days, contact us within 14 days and we will help you open a claim with the carrier.

Damaged or wrong orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery, send a photo if you can, and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
