The 120-Day Money-Back Guarantee

SM1 is sold by S3LF M4D3 US LLC. We stand behind the product, so every order is covered by a 120-day money-back guarantee. If SM1 is not right for you, we refund what you paid for it.

How to claim it

Write to hello@sm1health.com within 120 days of the date your order was delivered, and tell us your order number. That is the whole process. You do not have to explain your decision, and we will not ask you to justify it.

What is covered

  • The guarantee covers the product price. Shipping and handling paid at checkout, and any duties or taxes, are not refunded.
  • It applies to opened and unopened bottles alike. You do not have to prove you finished the bottle.
  • You do not need to send anything back. Returns are not required, and we do not accept them — please keep or dispose of the remaining product.
  • It is limited to one guarantee claim per person or household. It is a genuine offer for people trying SM1, not a way to obtain repeat orders for free.

What is not covered

  • Requests made more than 120 days after the confirmed delivery date.
  • Shipping and handling fees, and any import duties or customs charges.

When you get your money

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Once we approve a refund, it usually reaches your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If something arrived wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, this guarantee is not the route you need. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, send a photo if you can, and we will replace it or refund it in full — including shipping. That is separate from the 120-day guarantee and does not use up your claim.

Orders that have not arrived

If tracking has stopped moving, or a parcel is marked delivered and you cannot find it, contact us within 14 days and we will chase the carrier with you.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects any right you have under the consumer law where you live. Where that law gives you more than this guarantee does, that law applies.
